Lunch was the first thing on our agenda after we dropped off our bags in the lockers at the train station. The tourist map offers a list of all the F&B establishments in the town. The listing also provides the restaurant’s speciality item & operating hours.

Sinda is a restaurant that specialise in the Hida Beef Mabushi-don.

There was no queue when we arrived. The staff ushered us to our tatami seats upon arrival. I ordered a Hida Beef Shabu Shabu & a Sashimi Don.

Granted, we didn’t order their speciality dish, and we were the only customers who didn’t. There was nothing to rave about the food.
