Tamsui | 淡水

We decided to take the MRT to Tamshui. Tamshui is located at the end of the MRT line. Tamshui is known for the old town area as well as the Fisherman Wharf.

Alighting at Tamshui MRT Station, just follow the directions and you should be able to find yourself at the entrance of the Old Street which is quite near from the station.

From the Old Street, we rented an electric scooter to travel to Fisherman Wharf, which is quite a distance away. If you don’t mind walking, there is actually this nice pedestrian foot path that brings you along the coast line.

Getting to the Fisherman’s Wharf was simply just following the directions on the road. Once you reach the area, you can actually ride your electric scooter into the carpark area which will allow you to park your vehicle nearer to the lover’s bridge.

Fisherman’s Wharf is essentially a old fishing town that has been converted into a tourist spot.
