It was pouring and we decided to stop at the Gold Museum thinking that the bus would actually stop infront of a museum where we will be able to get away from all the rain.
It was only upon arrival at the bus stop did I realised that the Gold Museum was within this whole area called the Jinguashi. Jinguashi is actually a whole area by itself, and upon arrival at the Visitors Centre, we deposited our bags there and went in to look around. It was raining heavily when we walked into the area.
We stopped by at one of the eateries and got a very late lunch before walking in towards the Gold Museum.
The highlight of the Gold Museum was probably at the end where everyone is able to take a photo while touching a huge gold block that is on display at the museum.
