Our first stop was at Bitou. We took a look at the places that the bus stopped at and we decided to stop by Bitou to see what the place could offer us. Well this random pit stop was certainly one of the best stop that we made in our whole trip. The rain stopped while we were at Bitou and it was only after we alighted form the bus did we realised that we left our umbrellas behind that Fulong Visitor Centre.

Just glad that the rain had stopped, we walked up the Bitou Cape, Trail. The view was stunning and at one point we got an almost 360 panoramic view of the whole coastal area.

On our journey up, we met with a very old couple who was surprised at how two tourists found their way up this trail. Ah yi as we called her noticed that we didn’t have any umbrellas and gave us one of theirs so that we will not be caught in the rain. It was super nice of her and she even helped us to take a photo as well as show us some of the pictures that she took while walking from the trail.

As we approached the foot of the trail, the rain started to pour again and we were so glad that we met with the couple who gave us their umbrella.
