Shibuya is home to one of the busiest crossing in the world. Known as “the Scramble”, traffic stops at regular intervals at the large intersection in front of Shibuya Station to allow pedestrians to cross from all directions.
A good vantage point to observe this crossing would be inside Starbucks at the second floor of Tsutaya Building. The coffee joint gets very crowded and the staff will go around informing customers that no photography is allowed and asking those who who do not have a drink to purchase one.
