Han No Daidokoro is a Japanese Beef Speciality Restaurant that specialises grill meats. They are known for serving beef such as the renowned Kobe Wagyu Beef.
We chanced upon this BBQ restaurant while wandering around the streets of Shibuya. Located in one of the alleys behind Shibuya 109, it was one of the best finds that we had in Japan.
We were only able to get seats at the counter as the restaurant was packed. The staff’s high energy level flooded the restaurant with an atmosphere of excitement and joy. They were able to communicate with basic English. There was an English menu as well. We ordered a Kobe Beef Set as well as an additional portion of sirloin steak. The set came with 8 different cuts of Kobe beef, 2 side dishes and a bowl of rice.
If you want to try Kobe beef, you should definitely order the Kobe Beef Set here. The beef tasted way better than what we had at Steakland (Kobe).
The restaurant had great food and the great customer service really heightened our dining experience. For awesome Kobe beef at a reasonable price, save yourself the trouble of traveling all the way to Kobe. Just visit this restaurant.
